We went to church with Nana on her birthday! I was afraid she wasn’t going to make it to church (it had been a rough morning), but she, dad, and mom came in about half way through (Dad can get her to do anything!) ! I absolutely love Nana and Papa’s church…so many memories! It is so beautiful!
Uncle Mike and I tried to make Nana’s famous caramel cake at the farm the night before. We’ve still got a lot of practicing to do. We’re trying again at Easter! Hopefully it will look a little prettier. It tasted good though!
Fairhope is a little dream town. I absolutely loved it. Mom, Yaya, and I went on a girl’s trip to Fairhope for a few days. I fell in love with this cute town. The HUGE oak trees and old houses were my favorite. The bay view wasn’t too bad either:). We antiqued, ate a lot, and got a lot of ideas for cute baby clothes. I want to go back!
I think I was more excited for Korbin to graduate than I was for me to graduate. Korbin is such a hard worker. We hardly ever saw each other while he was in school and working and while I was teaching. Many days I would leave for work before Korbin got up and I would be asleep when he came to bed. We are both thankful to have a break from those long, long days! We sure miss them sometimes though!
