easy, cheap, & delicious: philly cheese steak sandwiches

I have made these a lot the past few weeks because they are exactly what the title says-easy, cheap, and delicious!

You’ll need:

Olive Oil

Onion, sliced

Pepper, sliced

Sliced roast beef (from the deli), cut into smaller pieces

Provolone cheese

Sub rolls

Cook the onions and peppers in a little olive oil. Add the roast beef and cook until it is hot. Put a piece of provolone cheese on the top and let it melt, then slide it onto your toasted bun!
