Chocolate Chip Toffee Oatmeal Cookie-don’t be scared by the long name, trust me!

here’s what you’ll need…

(and i’m sure the recipe is Paula Deen’s. If you haven’t caught on yet, I’m obsessed with her)

use milk chocolate chips (i’ve tried with semi-sweet, but i think milk chocolate makes them so much better)

and use this kind of toffee…

Preheat the oven to 350 and line your cookie sheets with parchment paper (this is a must!). In Lucille, mix the butter and sugars. Add the egg and vanilla. In a seperate bowl combine all your dry ingredients. Add it into the wet ingredients and mix well. Add the chocolate chips and toffee. Yes the recipe say 1 cup of each, but don’t skimp, add a little more :  ). Bake for 8 minutes. Don’t forget to bang your pans when they get out of the oven so they’ll flatten!
