delicious and easy!!!
You will need:
1 tablespoon of butter
1 tablespoon of brown sugar
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon soy sauce
4 salmon fillets (8 oz. each)
Preheat your oven to 400. Combine the butter and brown sugar in a bowl and microwave until they are melted together. Stir in the mustard, honey, and soy sauce.
Heat the oil an oven proof skillet over high heat. Season the salmon with salt and pepper and add to the plan flesh-side down. Cook for 3-4 minutes until it is fully browned and flip. Cover with half the sauce and place the pan in the oven until the salmon is firm and flaky (don’t cook it too long, i cooked mine too long and it was a little tough)-about 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and brush with the rest of the honey mustard sauce!

it also compares each recipe to a similar recipe at restaurants. oh my goodness. it makes you not want to eat out ever again. for instance, the Outback Salmon Griller is 1,126 calories!!! Sorry if you didn’t want to know that : )
